Roles & Responsibilities:
1. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the sales performance of the General Trade Channel should working on daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the distributors and internal team members to ensure maximum output.
3. He/she should head and mentor the Sales Team reporting to him/her.
4. Discuss and set clear targets for his/her team members.
5. Plan sales strategy & meeting with the clients
6. Should be ready to take challenges & willing to learn new things.

Qualifications Required:
1. Have experience in appointing retailers and mapping new retailers.
2. Have a proven experience in meeting sales goals
3.Have excellent command and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent communication and pleasing personality.
5. Have knowledge of the area related to OTC/FMCG Products (Non - Edible).
6. Should have strong geographical knowledge of the state.
7. Should be able to motivate and lead a team.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are a young company moving with high speed and are now looking for someone who can help us accelerate further. We are looking for someone who is ready to be a part of a face-paced, ever-exciting environment that can drive numbers, take challenges and push the team to soar higher.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handling sales for MT retail accounts like DMart, Metro, More, Reliance, Spencer etc.
2. Responsible for generating revenue from the allocated area.
3. Responsible for Direct Cash and Carry accounts like Metro Cash & Carry, Walmart etc. and few independent self-service stores for the allocated area.
4. Negotiation and generation of PO’s from local buying managers via team.
5. Servicing of PO’s in coordination with supply chain for Stocks.
6. Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
7. Managing listing in local key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions from Seniors.
8. Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ invoices in coordination with Accounts and Finance team.
9. Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for merchandising activities like new launches, visibility and promotions conducted at the account level.
10. Handling Third party team comprising of promoters and supervisors at the outlet level for merchandising and off takes of products.
11. Analysis of competitors on a timely basis.

Qualifications Required:
1. Candidate should be aggressive in meeting Sales Target.
2. Should be a graduate or MBA from a reputed institute.
3. Should have presentation skills.
4. Availability to travel as and when needed.
5. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager in any FMCG organisation

8. Should be able to communicate product schemes and offers to the regional managers and ensure their implementation.

Qualifications Required:
1. Excellent managerial and problem solving skills.
2. Proven experience as a Zonal Manager, Regional Manager or a similar senior post.
3. Proven experience in FMCG Company.

Qualifications Required:
1. Candidate must be from FMCG Industry (Modern Trade) only.
2. Have experience in primary sales through Malls & Marts.
3. Should have handled the team.
4. Have excellent command and negotiation skills.
5. Should have experience in handling coverage and possess fair geographical knowledge.
6. Experience in FMCG Products (Non-Food).
7. Proven experience in meeting sales targets.
